Maximum age for housemaid visa?

We are seriously considering hiring a housemaid who is 56 years old. She's lovely and full of energy and has a good reference that I have already checked. Her reference, a French family, told me that they tried to sponsor her but their company would not allow them to do so due to her age.

Does anyone know if this is a common "rule"? Is it a company-by-company decision or is there a Qatari law/rule mandating a maximum age?

So if she gets a visa now will she be kicked out when she turns 60, assuming we're here for four years?
