Maternity Leave and Benifits?

Hi Guys,
My query is regarding maternity leave and benefits. My wife is working as a teacher in a private school(Qatar). She has just only compleated her 3 months probation period. If she applies for maternity leave after 1 year, how may days leave she can legally claim from her school? and the granted leave will be paid or un-paid?.
