Is there any compound with rent around 4000 for 2 BR in Doha City. Ezdan is not preferred since it is in Wakrah. I am looking for compounds esp. with indian community.

I don't know the exact location but our driver knows. so I pick him at his accomodation and make a tour around Industrial area. You and your husband can join with us if you like
Check in the Accommodation section of QL. It is less likely that you will find it in a compound, yet you can get a 2BHK for your budget + dont get caught to brokers++keep looking, the process is hard. the more you look the more chance of you having found the best place possible. we searched for nearly one month, every day & night till about 11pm sometimes :)
I don't think you'll get a compound within that budget in Doha. Minimum you'd look at is QAR 7,500 - Dar E Salaam (near aramex roundabout) - 2 level bldgs with apts and duplex villas (QAR 14K), compound with swimming pool, gym etc. Surprisingly decent quality construction.
You might have to look at the Barwa developments (not sure on your definition of "Compound" though)
