Looking for advice re sponsoring someone

Hi all,

Well, after months of looking after my son, Villagio trips and chilling by the pool I have a job! lol.

So, we are looking for someone to help out with Aaron (18 mths) when Im at work and we are considering sponsorship. I will be 'working' 10 days a month (6am - 6pm) and the rest of the time Ill be working from home.

Our cleaner has a sister in the Philipeans who would like to come over so we are doing a web cam on Friday with her. Plus her family will pay her air fare for her! If shes anything like our cleaner we would love to have her (shes brill!)

Im really looking for anyone reading this to tell me what you need to do to sponsor someone or just give your opinions on it.
