job scope for a female CAD certified professional

I am an indian female auto Cad Certfied professional with 2 years experience in india.my husband is employed in qatar and i am planning to visit qatar and look for a job. most of my friends says that the indian female visa is very less for autocad draftmen positions . is it advisable to look for other positions like teaching ?
what are the best options for an indian female to work in qatar as...?
