I WILL NEVER EAT AT THAI SNACK AGAIN!!!

My daughter has a peanut allergy and we ordered food at Thai Snack WITHOUT NUTS. After she had eaten most of it, she started going into anaphylactic shock. There were peanuts buried at the bottom of the dish. We should have just avoided the restaurant entirely since Thai food can contain nuts, but we made it VERY clear that we couldn't have nuts and were assured it would be so. When she started having difficulty breathing, we stood up and i shouted to the waiter we had to go to Doha Clinic: that my daughter was in danger because they put nuts in her food. By the time we reached the clinic (within 5 minutes as it's just down the street) she couldn't breath. She was rushed to a bed and treated, and thankfully after a few hours was OK, although had to remain on steroids for a week.
I went in today to simply explain to the owner why we ran out like that, and to tell him to please instruct his wait staff better on allergies - some people could die from this type of thing! Instead of any kind of apology, or concern, he and the waiters started shouting at me for not paying the bill!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?! They could have killed my daughter - they should be paying my hospital bill, and then some!
That place has gone downhill anyway - the prices keep going up and the portions continue to dwindle. The waiters are RUDE and pretend not to speak English.
Does anyone know how to lodge a complaint to the Ministry of Health? THis is a serious matter!
Most of the waiters there aand the chefs/cooks may have difficulties in understanding english.
We have a teaboy, he said he understand English...but OBVIOUSLY NOT...so I'm getting better in sign languages lately...
The sad fact is that many waiters and junior chefs don't know what's in the meal. I too suffer from a similar allergy and I have had to just stop going to such places because I just don't trust their knowledge about the food they serve.
