You can buy from the supermarket this syringe,it cost around QR 50. its good and effective but this wont kill them, It only let them not get near that area.

cockroaches are afraid of water they dont know how to swim... put a small container with full of water in every corner they will run or fly immediately to your neighbor...

try to find their breeding gound.... if its not in your premises... for sure its around your neighborhood... take the advice of somwer..

Go to some grocery shop that they will have some medicine filled in Injection Syringe for cockroaches specially, I really found very good and the most effective also. Try that.
