gynecologist need, but have no medical cover

i was wondering if any one can give me any info on the rules of seeing a Doctor or Gynecologist in Doha, without medical cover?? I would like to go to the Al alhi hospital if poss as ive heard nothing but good reports.
i am still awaiting my RP but am on a renewable visit visa month on month!
i am more than happy to just pay what ever it costs to treat me, thats if they will see me with no RP or medical??
