GOOD NURSERY WITH LATE WORKING HOURS ??!!!!!

i am offered a job ends 5 pm, my kids' nursery ends 2:30 pm, is there nursery with late hours? what can i do??
I dont like to have a live-in maid in my house....
my kids r now 3 and half years old....please advice me
