In islam it is totally allowed to marry a christian girl. you can have marriage as if some muslim man and woman are going to marry. i dont know about the rules of qatar. but i dont think rules will be against it. i think rules for a normal marriage will apply on you.

U CAN MARRY HIM,and without u convert to islam and dont listen to ppl who talk about islam and they doesnt know anyabout it but the name .
