if you are travelling after 7 months then you need to get "Fit to travel certificate" from Hamad Hospital (Women Emergency) one day before the travel. They charge around QR 100 or QR 150, and you can travel with the certificate even after 7 months, but it depends on passenger's situation.

You're best bet is to get the okay from your doctor for both yourself and your baby, they would be the best judge
