A Muslim believes all events, good or bad, come from Allah SWT alone.

Sometimes Allah puts us in testing situations so we can improve our relationship with him and return back to him.

Be regular in 5 times daily prayers.

Allah has promised Barkat of Rizk in being regular in 5 times prayers.

Recite Surah Waqia between Maghrib and Isha, and try to pray 2 or 4 or 6 rakah nafil Shasht (dh'oha) Namaz in the morning (anytime from 9am-1130am). All these amal are directly related to Barkat of Rizk.

Recite as much Repentance as possible (Istaghfar).

With these A'amal Allah will solve all our problems.

May Allah make easy for us.

If you are facing hardships, then I would advise going home, rather than facing further stress and possibly financial issues which may affect the children.
