No need of spouse name in passport. I got my wifes RP two months back without mentioning my name or her name in passport.

The wife's passport must have the name of the husband as is written in his passport. If it is a new marriage changes can be made by approaching the relevant authorities on one's country and presenting them with the required documents such as a marriage certificate.
