Does anyone know of an english childrens library in Doha. I have a two year old son and we joined the British Councils library which is great but is set to close shortly.
I have heard about a Book Exchange (for adults & kids)run by a lady called Lydia Holmes in her house(Al Bustan complex)near Ramada, her contact numbers are 431 7737 or 5831213
I did not try it my self but i heard about it,u can give it a try,and tell us how things went.........
I dont know why its going to close, the librarian was vague about it only said that its going to be a reference library only. This week is the last time we could check books out. It's mainly going to cater for their english learners.
