a freind , he is 51 years, always had blood pressure reading LOW.... almost 117/78 etc
for the last two days, he has problems while sleeping and BP found to be 135/105
he is a regular brisk walker.. if he continues walking, does it affect against his health ? does he have the BP come down and resume walking ? What is the better option ?
Also how he can bring down the BP to normal ?
( I mean 135/105 is'nt a slight higher for 51 year old )
or if he is indian dont let hi eat to much masala chicken good luck
my friend..
have him to for check up... the cardiologist might give him medication for his BP or just for maintenance-- prevention is better than cure!!!
Tell him to keep walking and not go to the Ramda... or else !
