Customizing Mozaic TV channels
I am sharing with you the instructions I worked out to customize the Mozaic TV channels. Apparently, Qtel have some technical problems again and they decided to open all the channel packages available for the time being. That might be a good thing as you get free channels, but also a nightmare for parents with channels unsuitable for children.
Qtel advised of using the favorites, but that does not hide the unwanted channels. Here is what I did, in case someone out there find it useful.
1. Press "Menu" on the remote, then scroll down to "Account info/Settings"
2. Press "OK" on the remote, then "OK" again
3. You will get a box asking for the PIN, it is 0000
4. Now change the settings to match the image below

5. Scroll down to "Edit" to put "X" in front of the channel you want to hide. Save before you exit.
6. To change the default PIN, press "Menu" on the remote, then scroll down to "Account info/Settings", then scroll down to "PIN Options". Enter 0000, then change the "Settings PIN", Save.
