Contract housemaids

I dont know how new or old this is in Qatar, but i recently came across 1 company and then another who contracts out housemaids daily, weekly ,monthly and hourly. Seems a nuisance to bring housemaid every morning and then fetch at night, but their policy is no sleeping out. The 1st 2 days they didnt even come the specified times. Why i opted for them is they say they take 1-2 weeks to get your housemaid whereas sponsoring agencies take up to 2 months and the runaway risk is less. Anyone knows of these companies?
