Can I get QTel Mozaic without RP?

Hi all,

My residency permit is still in process (hoping to get it in 2 weeks time) and I found a new apartment to move into in couple of days. I was thinking of getting QTel Mozaic for phone + internet + Satellite TV. Can anyone please tell me if I can get QTel Mozaic package in my new apartment without having Resident Permit? If no, is there any alternative solution? Thanks everyone in anticipation for your help.

No you cannot. Alternative option is suggested by smoke.

you need your ID to apply for Qtel...

If you are taking it in your name you have to wait for your RP and QID. Without that you cant. alternative would be to see if you can share internet from your neighbours till you get your own connection.
