Work VISA to Husband Sponsorship

Good day all! :)

Can you please help me on what are the requirements of transferring my wife's business VISA to my sponsorship?

Does she need to stay under her company's sponsorship for a specific amount of time or I can transfer her even if she had only stayed for 1 or 2 weeks?

Thanks in advance everyone!!!

hi everybody. My wife is on a work visa and want to transfer her to my sponsorship. We have applied and got a family visa for her for a residency duration of 5 years. Now the immigration wont stamp the RP and have asked us again to submut all the documents. Also my daughter is under my wife's sponsorship and we would need to transfer her visa as well to my sponsorship.

i have a few questions:

- does she need to exit Qatar for new visa?

- do we need to cancel her current visa before she leaves Qatar

-how to get the visa of the baby transferred?

Thanks

All the help is highly appreciated

Hello, we have all the requirements except for the Diploma. My profession in my ID is clerk, but my salary is okay and my position in the company is okay. Can they consider that?

Yes the translation is required, because once you transfer your wife's sponsorship to you, Her company needs to apply a Labor card for her so that she can work.

For the QID position, as long as the manager titlte is stated in the Salary certificate that your company will issue, then its ok.

Sir I am bothering you too much but last 2 question. Are the educational certificates required to be translated to Arabic, What if my wife is on a normal employment visa and not a business work visa does it matter. does the position in qid really matters for I am working as a manager but my QId says labour.

You should have the following documents:

1.) Attested copy of Your Diploma

2.) Attested copy of your Marriage Certificate

3.) Certificate from your employer citing profession and salary

4.) Copy of your QID or RP

5.) Copy Your wife’s passport and VISA

6.) NOC of your wife from her company

7.) Bank Statement for 6 mos (Not sure if this is still needed as some said that’s it not required anymore)

Steps:

1.) You should first make sure that your wife’s company is willing to transfer the sponsorship to you.

2.) Make sure she’s under BUSINESS VISA.

3.) Go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs located near the British embassy, and have your diploma and Marriage certificate stamped.

4.) Go to the documents section in immigration at Al Gharafa; its one of those computer shops at the back of the immigration building near the QNB ATM, ask them to fill in a form for a transfer of sponsorship. (They will fill the same form used to apply for a Family Residence VISA)

5.) Go to immigration building 3 – family section, tell the receptionist that you’re going to apply for a Family residence VISA to get a number.

6.) Submit all the papers at the counter you are assigned and tell them that you are transferring your wife’s sponsorship from her employer to you.

7.) Wait for 2 to 3 working days

8.) If it’s approved. Then go back to immigration and pay the VISA. Once you pay, you

9.) Go to Medical commission for her medical; if she already had a medical then she just need to pay the fee.

10.) Go to a clinic and get her blood type.

11.) Print the Residence permit form and attach her picture.

12.) Go to Finger printing office near the medical commission; bring the blood type, RP form, and medical commission receipt. Have your wife’s fingers scanned.

13.) Once finger printing is cleared.

14.) Go to immigration to print her RP and get her QID

I gave a housing certificate and a kharama certificate, though its not really part of the requirements. if you have one with you then to give one, though its not required. It doesn't have to be attested.

Yes she came here on a Business-work Visa sponsored by her company, then I transferred her under my sponsorship. Yes you need to get an NOC from your company for the transfer.

You can transfer her immediately to your sponsorship as soon as you have an approved visa for her under your sponsorship.
