Anyone have contact information to get a rented live-in maid/nanny?

I have heard that there are people here providing maids and nannys with experience on a rental basis, meaning they would live with me on a contract for labor, but their iqama/visa/salary is paid by a third party. I used to have some numbers of people providing this service, but lost them so I know they exist. I need someone immediately so all information is much appreciated.
