Mineral water or boiled water is ok, as long as she has no tendency towards salt accumulation and it's associated problems, especially water retention. As it is during pregnancy, she needs to check on Her salt and sugar intake.unless the doctor specifically advices on low salt content in water, you are fine. Check sodium content is arwa.
I think she should drink waters with less sodium. Not only for pregnant women, but for everybody. The waters made in Qatar, UAE or Saudi are extremely high in Sodium. The ones that are good are Evian (too expensive) or for better price the Lebanese water. The name doesn't come to my mind right now, but you can find it in every major supermarket and it's made in Lebanon. Maybe someone here will know the name. I think it starts with the letter T. Tunnarine, something like that.
