Usually blood stains are the toughest to remove as they dry up fast, but now days there are good brands in the market that help in getting rid of such tough stains. All you need to do is pre wash the stain with cold water and then mix the stain remover and wash again. This will help remove the stain completely.
Gloss, of course. It will give a shine to the coat!
Do you recommend Matt or gloss paint ?
I recommend use white spray paint. It would not just cover the stains but will also give a fresh, shinning outlook to the coat.

Buy big bottle of Clorox. Now put it in spray bottle. Spray on stains directly and after one hour spray again. Keep repeating u til they go. Buy two sets. After coming back spray Clorox and do it two three times and wash it.Use other one next day.
Dispose the "coat" and use a new one for each surgery.
If you are a "real surgeon" you would n-e-v-e-r ask this question.
