New Regulations for Shisha in Qatar

New regulations were announced from the Qatari Ministry of Business and Trade, Al Raya arabic newspaper reported today. The regulations requires the service providers to meet very strict set of conditions and multiple stage licensing in order to minimize health and environmental harm, the paper stated.
A step in the right direction, in my opinion.
that's for new licenses. what about the old licences already running? isn't it a way to monopolise yet another sector?
Agree with OP. While pleasant and enjoyable, Shisha is potentially addictive and bad for health.
