Your general state of health and the level of immunity to illnesses are deciding factors. I for one suffer from a weaker immune system, hence climatic changes tends to make me sick quite often compared to the others at home.

running nose, fever can be expected. don't take medicine. let it cure automatically. you will be alright after 2 or 3 days. that is natural.
