BAD MOON

From wikipedia:Eau de Cologne is a toiletry, a perfume in a style that originated from Cologne, Germany. It is nowadays a generic term for scented formulations in typical concentration of 2-5% essential oils. Colognes may be used by men or women.

Some of you might not be familiar with this kind of product but it's actually one of the causes of some of the ruckus here in Industrial Area.
I asked the sales clerk in one of the shops here to what's the use of this, she said people use it as deodorizer or for cleaning the toilet, sometimes using it as aftershave and so on.

But what as I observed from most of the dwellers here, they been using it as BOOZE. They mix it with different juices or drinking it pure.

Every now and then, problem arises here especially in my camp due to intoxication from this product. I also heard last month that a camp boss from another company somewhere in St. 43 was stabbed by a drunk Nepali.

Where am I going through this?
- Is there any way to prohibit the purchase/distribution of this product particularly here in Industrial Area?

Besides, Ive been to different camps here but I never saw someone using this product for cleaning purposes. I have nothing against with Blue Moon Product but I am only concern with the safety and health not only of myself but also to the consumers considering also the alcohol content of it.
