Whoa!!! Where Is My Desktop!!!
One morning you started your office PC and when attempted to save a file on desktop suddenly noticed "Desktop" icon is missing inside the "Save As" window! See the picture below...
Ok in that case what you can do is, go to C: drive (I assume your O/S is installed on C: drive), then Users folder and then go to your account folder. You might see many folders within the user folder with different names. Move into the folder which contains your account name. If done correctly you would see a desktop folder inside your account folder. Just drag and drop the folder inside Favorites folder. Thats all.
From now on you should see the desktop icon at the right hand side inside Favorite folder.
In the same way you can add Download folder to the Favorite folder or even any frequently used folder can be added.
