Iphone 7 from Ooredoo

Hi Guyz,

please do not buy iPhone from Ooredoo, Qatar.

If you are facing any problems related to your iPhone after you buy, Star Link is the one & only authorised service provider in Whole Qatar.

No other center will not receive your malfunctioned phone.

I am using iphone since 2014 and I never experienced any kind of software issues untill i bought iPhone7 from Ooredoo. 

When I started facing problems like no ringer sound & vibration when some body calling me, no video files working (both gallery & Internet), No music files working, sometimes blank screen for 2 minutes longer.

Then I called apple care services, they instructed me to go to authorised service center Star Link. 

The Most Worst service I have experinced from Star Link. All they are doing is just take our phone & reset and giving us back by telling that your phone is 100% ok now.

The very next day same problem starting again. It takes minimum 2 hour to reach there with Traffic there and we will not get any parking. Any way I went there total 6 times for same issue. 2 times I gave my iPhone for repair. It will take minimum 2 days to return.

I think hey are not following Apple Service Warranty Policy. 

The reason which they found for this problem was made me wonder. They were saying that "Each time I tried to update with iTunes was not completed.Their iTunes is the only one working perfectly with no interruptions. It is related with software issue. Somany customers facing same issue. wait for next update ".

That means whenever update coming, I have to go their Service Center again.

I fedup with this Starlink and I satrted to hate iPhone products because this kind of Service Systems.

So, I beg you guys please dont buy iphone from Ooredoo, Qatar.
