HOW TO MANUALLY REFRESH OUTLOOK INBOX

Well I am working in a company where nearly 100 computer users are using their own PCs for their daily tasks. Everyday they are calling me for giving solutions to their problems. Sometime some of those problems are complicated to get rid of but most of the time you would face rediculousely simple issues to identify and provide supports. I think even if you are not from IT background as long as you are using a PC you need to learn minimul uses which I call BASICS. Well I planned to post some articles/blogs on these kinds of Basic problems which I hope would be beneficial for general users and the most good part of it is you don't need to be dependent on an IT executive to solve rediculousely simple problems.

Well today I am going to make a post on HOW TO REFRESH OUTLOOK INBOX MANUALLY. If you are interested to figure it out too then keep reading the post. Also don't forget to push like button and make comments if you like the post.

As said before this task is rediculously simple. What you need to do is, find the Send/Receive button from toolbar. Once found just click on it. Well if you don't see the Send/Receive button then go to Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive All. There are also a shortcut key. Press F9 if you are lazy like me. The result will be same as you see after clicking Send/Receive button. So here is the summury of our learnings. You can either take a note of these undermentioned points or you can bookmark my profile to check in future as you might forget it when you badly need it.

- To refresh the inbox and also send all pending outbox emails...

   Click Send/Receive All button from toolbar

- If you do not see the Send/Receive button then...

   Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive All

- Alternatively you can press F9 button too to get the similar result.
