Xbox 360 RROD help....anyone ???

Hey guyz,
my xbox 360 just got the red ring of death a couple of days back n is lying dead,i was thinkin if any of u guyz out there know to repair it,or know of any place which repairs it ?? n how much would it cost ??..........bcoz if its too much,i'd be better off buying a new 1...........
