I am using WIFI for internet. But it's range is less. I cant use computer(Net) at upstair When modem is at down stair.What is the solution.please help

purchase an usb wireless lan signal booster (Alpha usb cost comes 60-80 riyals)
No need to buy anything, just tale any thin electric cable and round near to wifi antenna and the other end take it near to upstair it will increase your wifi range, it works 50% more then what you r having signals now, and it wont cost you any QR. have a nice time.
Go to SofiTel and ask any shop for Wi-Fi repeater / Wi-Fi expander..... I would personally suggest "Linksys Wireless-G Expander".....

Also there are many other small devices which u will get for around QAR 90-120, with USB connectors, but can be used only on a single computer at a time....
Option 1. Use a LAN CableOption 2. Pucrhase a wifi Extenter which is compatible to your routerOption 3. Find a wifi router with a wide range and replace the old one.Option 4. Puchase ALPHA USB wifi and all your worries will be solved.
it's very simple, either bring the modem/router upstairs or use your computer downstairs.. or use a cable instead...
