Where can I get a Multi-tab for the PS2?

I need a multi-tab for the PS2 since for some reason my friend's broke. I've called Technical Care Center in Hyatt Plaza and on Nassr street, both of them don't have it. I've called Virgin Megastores, the bloke told me something about not having ordered it. Does anyone perhaps know where I can get one or maybe you're interested in selling me yours (provided that it works of course...)?

Not sure if they have it but have you tried PC ONE on Salwa road?
