Tata sky problem

Hi Guys,

me and my neighbour have lost our connection of tata sky and are not getting any signals (we use different antennaes). this has happend since the heavy rain a couple of days ago.

is everyone facing this problem ?

normally it happens when raining, but should be restored after rain, in your case there is some problem with installation, call the technician who installed it.

I guess the satellites may have fallen into earth.

This happens sometimes when the winds are strong. The disk orientation needs to be readjusted to catch the signal. You may need to contact the person who installed it or some technician who can fix it.
