Please help me with my blackberry.
Someone who is really smart when it comes to phones?
Cuz im sure not.
I have something wrong with my blackberry curve 8900.
Sometimes it comes up a box that says
"uncaught exception:java.lang.NullPointerException"
And it results in that when ever anyone calls me or I call them, the number does not get saved in the calling list. Only calls I miss saves there.
And there is also a problem with deliting some numbers of the phonebok and in the calling list. It dont work. Everytime I try this box poops up again.
I tryed to syncronize the phonbok but its not working. I checked the Certificets and the 3 last ones "verisign WAP WTLS Root, verisign WAP X509 Root, and verisign/RSA secure serve..." They all have a red X infront of them and not a green mark.
Can anyone pleeease help me find out the problem and how i can do to fix it?
//Maryam
Definitely Maryam you have to connect your phone with computer, these are common blackberry problems and can only be solved with computer connectivity.
woow. You could just as well speak greek with me. I would not understand that any better.. :/
Do i have to connect my phone with the computer? :S
Clear the Address Book database on the device.
Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Click Backup and Restore, and selectAdvanced.
From the Handheld Databases list, selectAddress Book.
Click Clear. Go back to the BlackBerry Desktop Manager window.
Synchronize the Address Book with the correct translator in Intellisync. For more information on selecting the correct translator in Intellisync
