Iphone 5 or HTC 1 or SS4..???

Hi Qlers I need your precious and expert opnion regarding these 3 options currently in my mind, I am looking for to change my cellphone so I am thinking of these 3 brands that is Apple Iphone 5, HTC-1 & Samsung S4, Please advice me which is better and best in these three options and which 1 you guys prefer to me and why?
Also feedback me about these

3- Resell value
4- current prices

the iphone5 is brill. also you need to consider wifi or the wifi with sim option in your price tag.

htc if you want to focus on music. or ipod.

s4 - not sure.
