How do I repair my Tread Mill

I purchased one Thread Mill (JK Excer) from one of the leading outlet in Doha one year back. It was repaired atleast 5 times in this year and main problem was with its motor. Since it was within the warranty period they done the maintenance and somehow they will fix it. Now the warranty period is finished and it got break down again. When I checked with them I have to pay another 1000 riyal for replacing the motor. Can anyone advice me whether it is possible for repairing the motor instead of replacing. Please advise how i can get rid of this head ache
