Fraud Panasonic Company , fake warrenty cheaters . dont buy panasonic
Worst ever company is panasonic qatar . before 4 years we brought a panasonic air condition for QR 3000 the warranty paper we have it tells us we have 5 year warranty from the date of purchase . Now the compressor is not working the panasonic company technician said we have to replace it & it will cost around QR 900 for the compressor so the question is the 5 warranty is for what , is that your way to fool customers . Is the service you offer to your customers . We have filed a case in consumer court . Lets see if you guys don't fix the compressor for free . I never recommend Panasonic . Bad service , fooling the customers , untrustworthy . why should i pay 900Qr when i already bought the ac for 3000.
i also have a LG Air conditioner in my room its compresser also stoped working and with warrenty the company only charged me 300Qr

Does the warranty state that the owner of the AC unit (you in this case) will pay the labour costs? Is this what you are being charged? If so, you may be out of luck. Sounds like LG may have lower labour charges. You will have to await the result of your complaint. Good luck.
in Qatar, nothing is free. they will somehow charge you even if its under warranty.
the warrenty says that the compresser wont stop working till 5 yrs its our 4th year of ac and it stopped working they are supposed to replace and give us a new one . but they say to pay more
