DSLR Tripod Recommendations

Any recommendations for a good DSLR tripod that can support a Canon EOS body and the 70-200 F2.8 combo?Salam Stores has Manfrotto's .Any specific model that I should consider? Ball-head,fluid-head or a pan-tilt type ? Would like to get one that's also suited for shooting video with the same DSLR. Thank you taking time out to replying.
