Detained package at customs
Hi all,
I got a letter from customs that a package of mine is detained for some reason, and to come and pick it up. I went to the general post office in Corniche to find out that someone else has picked up my package!!
Anyone know what I can do about this situation. I cant understand how they can give it to someone else when my name is clearly mentioned in the package!!

i think its an inside job, complain to the police if there was no contraband inside the packge, everyone will start talking then, theft is a very serious crime in the islamic world
exactly, I thought they will not release unless an ID is shown. As usual due to the great customer service, I didnt get any answers at the post office..
They will normally ask for the ID? You should go and talk to the Manager that you did not get the said package.
