Arabic keyboard for sumsung 2

Hello there, can any one of you kindly advise me how to install Arabic keyboard language on input language on sumsung 2 which I have just bought?? Thanks in advance. The sumsung 2 I bought is second hand by the way.

Should be able to access arabic in Language settings on keyboard.

Press the gear, and then find the Language setting, and choose arabic.
