Dentistry studies in Qatar (from France)

Asalamu alaykum ; 

I am a French-Morrocan student in dentistry (I'm in my third year in dentistry school in order to be a dentist)

I'd like to finish my studies in qatar because I would like to be in a Muslim country that I like , and also a country that have a high standard in dentistry as in France. And , why not , live in qatar ultimately.

I speak arabic , french , spanish , english and some japanese.

Who I need t contact in order to get som informations ? university or the ministery of education ? What about the universuty fees ? Is there any dentistry student in this forum ?
