@ mohdhameedhasan You are correct, I used the official QIFF schedule to give you that information. But yesterday the movie being shown was in fact Ponyo. So tonight will be the showing of Cloudy with a chance of meatballs. I hope you and your child get to enjoy it. If you like to eat popcorn when you watch movies bring some with you, as there is none available at the food festival.

Went to the QQ (The Pearl) one on Thursday night and spent the evening at MIA yesterday. Both excellent events. The QQ one is small but nice about 30 or so food outlets, a DJ was playing and the kids were having fun dancing.

The boat to / from MIA was a bit confusing, we were told the event started at 1pm so we assumed the boats would be running, they didn't start until 4pm! Anyway no bother. Loved the rides there / back. They need to make these permanent, they would be used I'm sure.

Mohdameedhasan - go on to the Pearl, get to the Marsa Malaz roundabout before the hotel, turn left and it's down there on a part of QQ (Qanat Quartier) beach. The film was on Thursday evening when my wife and son went but we went Friday night and there was a Dj where the film was the night before... Confusing.

Anyway - another really good event. Thank you Qatar for organizing it! :)
