I have applied for mozaic+landline+internet by 22nd december but till today i did not got sms or no appointment information from qtel. Whenever i call them they is no proper response.
If i go to qtel customer service counter they ask me to call 115 . But no proper answer for the appointment.
hi prethqr8...we r facing the same problem....really they are just making us go round in circles...we have applied for the mozaic package on 15th of Dec...and its not new , as we have moved to new location in AlSaad so its a transfer sort of thing...but still Qtel says that they have some trouble with Mozaiz so it will take long...
how long?? nobody knows.
even if we call 115..they say we are in the que..... our no will come shortly... but no one has a definite answer...me and my huby we r really upset cause in my home there is no phone/no internet/no Tv situation for a month...
if any one of u can help us out ....please do let us know too...how to solve this problem

the company is currently doing some upgrades on their system. let us just hope and pray that it'll be worth the wait inshallah
