50MB is an enormous email. In many cases the recipient will not be able to receive the mail even if you manage to send it. You may even find that the recipients mail program will fall over in a heap assuming they haven't killed the program by then because they got fed up waiting for the mail to download. Their entire mail queue could then become stuck because of your huge mail.
If you really need to send an attachment of that size it would be best to zip it with 7zip/winzip/pkzip and put a password on the file. Then put the zipped file onto a website somewhere and email a link to your recipient. They can then download your attachment at their convenience.
On the other hand you could use one of the pay-for services which Zoobi listed.
I don't recommend that you send anyone an unsolicited mail bigger than about 2MB or a mail bigger than about 5MB to someone who is expecting it.
