GRID OR PARABOLIC ANTENNA
OMNI ANTENNA
FLAT PANNEL ANTENNA

It can be used for signal(frequency) enhancement i.e. tv signal frequency, wifi signal(to widen the coverage, can also be used to share ur wifi network).. you can see the picture in the link below;
