Resolution for a 7x7 Foot Vinyl Banner

may somebody tell me what is the correct or best resolution for 7x7 foot vinyl banner for photoshop. this banner will be use as a background poster for the attendies while taking picture of a child birthday party. im sorry i dont know how correctly describe it. i post a sample just to give you idea.

Set it more than 1000 dpi. although 800 is enough but to get a crispy clear image I suggest to make it more than 1k dpi or 1.5k maybe.
