Its true that QTEL doesn't hv stock of USB modems... but if you can check in star-link (The one in the Musherib Street), their associates in distribution, they are sure to give you a fresh piece.. recently my client bought one for QAR.770/-

I have a Qtel USB Modem that I am willing to sell, however I paid 800QR for it in November, and am reluctant to sell it for less than 500QR. If anyone is interested please ring me on 5535149.

I went to Qtel, they said they had none left in stock. I went to Carefour, they said there are none in stock. I asked them when they're getting more in, they said they couldnt tell me.

Qtel has announced a new free modem package for mobile broadband. Monthly unlimited usage for QR400/- try that

. or else if you assure 1 year usage, Qtel will give free modem for other mobile broadband packages. And you pay QR. 200 OR 300/- per month.

Visit Qtel offices. They are far more friendly and helpful these days. Maybe its a Voda effect!

I'm looking for one as well! Apparently there are none left in Doha, with no set date for any new delviery. I think its a conspiracy.
