I am receiving some payment details from dubai as a soft copy via email on PDF format, our datas are on Excel sheets and it takes a very long time for my assistants to enter the data one by one with the invoice no which is our main source of identity and which is provided by our client.
Is there any way that we can trnasfer thier datas in to our Excel sheets straight a way? do I have to use a soft ware? some body told me that if I use the Acrbt reader latest version its possible is it so ?
I really appriciate if some one can enlight me on this matter,

Sure thing, if what you want it converting the .pdf format into a .xls then all you need to do is installing Adobe Suit or Adobe Acrobat Professional that would help you read and in the same time write to pdf documents. It has a converter that would help you converting those files.
u need acrobat proffessional or just go to softpedia.com and search for pdf to excel converter
Vist www.readiris.com, download the trial version you would be able to transfer PDF to any MS office software, remember the trial version supports only for one page and if you buy the full version, you can transfer 1000 of pages with 99.9% accuracy. Also this software comes with some HP printers (laserjet) check the printer software you have it or ask some one who has 3 in 1 HP printer like 3380.
Good luck, stil question call me on 435 4158.
