I'm starting out a new website mainly for people here in qatar or planning to come, but I've had a hard time finding a qatar based web designer if you are one or know of any please tell me, Thank you.

Contact my Designer... he did the layout etc of my website.. www.behip-mgmt.com

He is a great Freelancer and listens and does exactly what you want.

With my site I came up with the design and he did all the web stuff that I have no idea about!

However when it comes to design he is very Talented.
