Laptop to TV (colour)

Hey i am now able to connect and get the image. thanks. but its in black and white in my Tv. i tried settings in display in my laptop and also colour, tint etc in Tv. i am not getting it in color. pls help

Try to connect through HDMI cable, most TV and Laptop comuters are equiped with this connection.

first check if your tv is a colour tv...........cant see u breaking u head over this issue man.
i am connecting it with S-video 7 pin to 3RCA...

check if it matches tv signal format, ex. NTSC, PAL, SECAM from your laptop to tv.
How are you connecting? VGA (like you would connect to a computer monitor), DVI (HD connection), S-Video (round with lots of little rods), composite (round with one big rod). ?
Make sure they match!
can u explain me what u have told!!! i checked my tv output in laptop....what should i do?

It sounds to me like a conflict between PAL and NTSC. Check your TV out from PC and see if it is switchable. Ditto TV input.
