your laptop should have a bluetooth adapter to use it. Also the adapter is not enough, you may also need the bluetooth driver installed to work on it. if there is a bluetooth adapter in your computer then the driver will also be installed. if the driver has got corrupted, then you need to remove the corrupted driver and installl a new one. you can find the bluetooth drivers in the website of your laptop.
if the bluetooth is still not working, check if the bluetooth switch is turned on....
Hi, Check if ur laptop has the bluetooth module(hardware)and if so windows 7 will usually download the needed software automatically.
Samsung usually has all this built in, so it may just be a question of adjusting the settings to show the icon on the task bar...
unless you dont have the equipment for it the program is useless. if you do on the other hand it should appear in your icons saying new software. if not google it.
